Shipping & Returns

History 144 merchandise is made to order through our print-and-fulfillment partner. Because each item is produced individually when you order it, the terms below reflect how print-on-demand products are made, shipped, and handled. By placing an order you agree to this policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.

Order Processing

Items are printed on demand and are not held in inventory. Most orders take approximately 2 to 7 business days to produce before they ship. You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

• Delivery time. After production is complete, domestic delivery typically takes about 3 to 7 business days. All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
• Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
• Tracking. A tracking number is provided for every order once it ships.
• Correct address. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Orders returned to our fulfillment partner because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
• Delayed or lost packages. If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to help resolve it.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because every item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or for the wrong size being selected. Please review the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.

We stand behind the quality of every item. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is the wrong item, we will make it right with a free replacement or a refund. To start a claim, email us within 30 days of delivery at history144media@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear after it is processed.

Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins soon after an order is placed, we can only change or cancel an order within a short window before it enters production. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at history144media@gmail.com and we will do our best, though we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Sizing

Each apparel product page includes a size guide with measurements. Because items are made to order, please use it before purchasing — orders cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size.
